In a surprising crossover event that defies traditional predictions, the game developer has announced an in-game collaboration between Assassin's Creed Shadows and the renowned anime series Attack on Titan. The surprising Thanksgiving event operates from November 25 through December 22, offering free extra story content for Shadows players.

According to the formal release, "A mysterious confrontation draws heroes Naoe and Yasuke into a fresh quest, where whispers of banned ceremonies and monstrous metamorphoses resonate through the obscurity." The storyline introduces a "unusually dressed woman named Ada" who charges the duo with traveling into the Crystal Cave—a important location from Attack on Titan—to rescue her companion from a clandestine cult.

The questline concentrates on "bizarre tests and a terrifying foe" and is available to all players who have acquired the Yasuke character.

Iconic Locations and Changes

The preview highlights the Hidden Temple from Attack on Titan recreated as the Crystal Cave. This significant location was earlier where the Reiss royal family handed down the Founding Titan ability through eras. The teaser concludes with a dramatic moment showing a character, probably the captive, changing into a Titan that looms over Naoe and Yasuke.
